A custom sales training project with the aim of improving the effectiveness and results of the sales teams of Brand-Rex in the EMEA region (Italy, France, Spain, Germany, UK, Dubai).
Custom design and positioning of the new value proposition of solutions and services for current and potential customers, by implementing the consultative approach of Winning Complex Sales ™, and integrating the new methodology in the MS Dynamics CRM platform.
