Challenge: Accelerate the global expansion plan
Global support to the international expansion plan involving the entire company in the project (approximately 1,200 people from all over Europe, USA, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore and Japan. The key objective of the project was to smooth out cross-BU cooperation, between branches, stores, factories and logistics, with the final aim of increasing twofold customer satisfaction, reducing time to market of the products and constantly improving the quality and brand image of Bvlgari throughout the world.
