Development of interpersonal relationships and teamwork between the top management and sales and pre-sale teams in the countries of the Southern European region (Spain, Italy, France, Greece, Turkey and Middle East) with the objective of fostering the interexchange of best practices and implementing an effective common sales process and develop a global key account management system.
