Challenge: worldwide deployment of the new Vodafone Way of Selling project
Vodafone is a significant player in the telecommunication services business globally. The project will be deployed during the next years and involve the entire sales, pre-sales and partners organization globally. The project goals are: to become the best sales organization in the industry, sell business value on top of telecommunication solutions, transform capabilities across all customer segments, implement an international certification system and standardize the methodology and processes on a single SFA system.
