Challenge: implementation of a complex opportunity management methodology in the Middle East and Africa region.
The project involved the entire sales, pre-sales, service and support teams of the Information Intelligence Group (IIG) in the definition of its ideal sales process and the implementation in their must-win deals in the region. The program was followed by coaching and reinforcement during their Momentum convention in Vienna.
