Challenge: cross-functional high-performing team
After a prior re-organization, over 100 participants from different teams of Microsoft, were involved in our various Adventure Management Training™ programs to facilitate their integration, increase the sense of belonging to the new workgroups and build a strong, connected team to reach the ambitious business objectives for the fiscal year. Participants worked to develop mutual trust and closeness, promote circular leadership behaviors and acquire an effective communication protocol (Debriefing and Feedback) to build a transparent and enjoyable working environment, and over time, improve their work-life balance.
