Challenge: Optimization of Sales Processes in EMEA and teamwork development
Long-term partnership with INTERMEC with the aim of putting into operation a highly strategic project throughout Europe, South-East Asia and the USA. The project involved the entire sales, pre-sales, service and support teams in the definition of the ideal sales processes in each country/region with the participation of some external Premier Solution Partners to implement jointly the new sales process and increase revenue volume.
Development of positive interpersonal relationships, cooperative and proactive behavior between the European management team (over 10 nationalities) and the parent company in the USA.
After optimizing the ideal sales processes, we facilitated its integration in MySAP CRM. Only in EMEA, overall win rate increased 3x within a 3-year period following the project implementation.
