Program designed ad hoc with the following goals:
- Implement a common sales process and management of large accounts with standard processes and methodology globally
- Create competitive differentiation with a commercial approach of excellence, to facilitate the customers’ decision making process in favour of KAL Tire.
- Aim high in our level of contact and relationships with customers, and redesign the content of our commercial conversation with impactful value propositions
- Ensure that customers experience the corporate Values of KAL as distinctive elements, throughout the entire sales process before buying.
- Make our sales approach a global competitive strength.
