Challenge: merging facilitation of three companies into one, and design of its new B2B sales process.
A complex merge between Landis & Gyr, Staefa Controls and Cerberus, and subsequent creation of the new entity: Siemens Building Technologies. Developing a common culture and shared values among colleagues from different company cultures who had previously been competitors. Defining roles, responsibilities and unifying product lines and market strategies.
After consolidating the team and the organizational aspects, creating the ideal B2B sales processes and developing long-term account plans with key clients.
Final objective: creation of the new SBT team, design of its complex sales process and long term support for its successful implementation.
