The consultancy, training and coaching project we are executing with SIKA (global leader in the field of specialty chemicals in the Construction and Industry sectors, present in 68 countries since 1910), has the goal of maximizing the sales force efficacy, and increasing customer loyalty and revenue worldwide.
Tailored on their specific needs, the Sales Performance Program has also the purpose of reducing sales costs and increasing profitability.
Up to date, several hundreds of Directors and Sales Executives from Europe, USA, LatAm and Asia, have participated in the project, working on strategic sales opportunities to understand their customers’ decision making process and develop value propositions to maximize the chance of winning, as well as designing custom key account plans for major clients.
Once the training project is completed, we will facilitate the integration of the optimized sales processes into their CRM.
