Project: CULTURAL CHANGE & EXECUTION EXCELLENCE
The Cultural Change project involved the entire executive committee of TYCO, with the goal of promoting a deep corporate cultural change focusing in business orientation, performance excellence, development of cross-selling among the different Business Units, and the involvement and motivation of the various Teams to improve productivity.
Project: SALES CHALLENGE – SELLING OF INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS
The goal of the project was to provide the methodology, knowledge and tools for managing complex sales of integrated solutions.
Phase 1 – Analysis and design of the key concepts and supporting tools of the Winning Complex Sales™ methodology with the sales directors, operations, after-sales and maintenance of the different B.Us., working with real data and projects.
Phase 2 – Customized Winning Complex Sales ™ programs for all the Sales Teams, Pre-Sales, Legal, Procurement, Technical Support, HR, Division heads, Marketing and General management.
