The Lead4More™ program is an intensive experiential workshop designed to involve participants in a multi-sensorial learning process allowing them to practice some key abilities and skills required to develop and lead a high performing team.
You’ll work with peer people managers and cope with unknown situations that will stimulate creativity, determination and persistence, and will lead you to reflect on your typical behaviors to identify any improvements that you may deem necessary to work on, or your peers might suggest through appropriate feedback.
We will ask you to let go and experience, and decide how far you are ready to push yourself beyond your comfort zone, giving the best of yourself and building a new awareness level that will help you to personally and professionally to go “up to the next level”.
You’ll dedicate quality time to assess where you are in your personal and career journey and reflect on any possible new milestones you’ll like to set off to achieve.
