Mastering the Vision™ is a fundamental learning experience designed for today’s fast changing corporate world to help executives and middle managers to bring the Corporate VISION into focus: the sharper and the more significant the image, the clearer and the more motivating it will become for the rest of the Organization.
The objective is to reinforce the foundations of the Company or a Business Unit, by defining (or refining) their MISSION, which will provide the focus and direction of the activities for all the stakeholders involved. The MISSION is an organization’s reason for existence. Paradoxically, we will never achieve our ultimate MISSION, but we will realize several VISIONS along the way.
Every workgroup needs to share and respect the VALUES of that organization. VALUES are the essential principles which shape the organization’s Culture.
During this strategic workshop we develop a Value Based Decision Making model or behavioral model that the team commits to implement, to align daily behaviors and decisions with the company’s stated VALUES.
To end off, participants identify Five Bold Steps or strategic actions to undertake in the company or business unit, in order to start (or accelerate) the realization of the VISION in their markets.
Special attention is also dedicated to the Supports needed that will back up the realization of the VISION and to the Challenges that could hinder it.
Once these steps have been consolidated, participants define an implementation plan to involve the rest of the organization and make sure they combine “multiple energies into a single strength”.
